- Start with the chicken thigh fillets in a deep mixing bowl.
- Add the black salt, white pepper, coriander powder, hot curry powder, chilli powder, finely shredded garlic and ginger, mustard oil, lime juice, and tandoori food colouring powder, and mix thoroughly.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Place the chicken on a heated grill plate, and grill for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until well done.
- Serve with a selection of vegetables
